By creating an account on 15winapp, access the platform, or use any available service — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Crash Games, slots, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules of the 15winapp.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of the 15winapp following any update to these Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new version.

To create an account and use the 15winapp, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older. The platform is strictly prohibited for minors. 15winapp reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal.
• Not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list, including the National Betting Exclusion Registry (CNEJ), where applicable.

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Only one account is allowed one account per user. Registering multiple accounts with the same CPF, address, device, or IP address constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate blocking of all accounts and cancellation of all active balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including your email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The 15winapp will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent the platform and asks for your password, treat it as a fraud attempt and report it immediately.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, change your password immediately and contact 15winapp support. 15winapp via live chat or email. The platform is not liable for losses arising from the voluntary or negligent sharing of account credentials by the user.

Identity verification (KYC) may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Accepted documents include: RG, CNH, Brazilian passport, or a professional ID issued by a federal authority. Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days may also be required.

The 15winapp accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$). The payment methods available to Brazilian users are:

Withdrawals at 15winapp are available primarily to the payment method used in the most recent deposit. For a first withdrawal, or when the deposit method does not support withdrawals, Pix will be used for any Brazilian bank indicated by the user.

Sports Betting at 15winapp cover football — including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and major state championships —, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other sports subject to availability.

A confirmed bet is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available for the event in question. Cash out closes the bet early at the current market value at the time of the request, which may be lower or higher than the original maximum return.

• Odds: The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the valid odds, regardless of any subsequent market fluctuations.
• Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled before it starts, the bet is refunded to the account balance. If the event is cancelled after it has started but before a result can be determined, the sport-specific rules will apply.
• Odds errors: 15winapp reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical or human error, with a full refund of the wagered amount.
• Parlay bets: An invalid or cancelled selection in a parlay reduces the slip to the remaining valid selections, with the combined odds recalculated accordingly.

The official result considered by the 15winapp is the result confirmed at the end of regular time for football, unless the market specifies the inclusion of extra time and penalties. Each sport and market has specific rules detailed in the platform's help section.

The 15winapp offers a live casino with real dealers, slots, and crash games — including Aviator (Spribe), Spaceman (Pragmatic Play), JetX (SmartSoft), Plinko, Mines, and more. All games are provided by licensed suppliers with RTP audited by independent certification bodies.

• Validity period: Unused bonuses or those whose rollover requirement is not met within the specified timeframe are automatically cancelled, with no additional notice beyond the date published in the promotion.
• Product contribution: Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.5 and eligible casino games contribute toward the rollover at the percentage stated in each promotion. Cancelled, refunded, or cashed-out bets do not count toward the rollover.

The platform is prohibited for users under 18. The 15winapp uses age verification at registration and may request supporting documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately, with any unplayed deposits refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 15winapp:

• Creating more than one account or registering using another person's details;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform;
• Placing arbitrage bets solely to meet bonus rollover requirements;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or system flaws for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity under Brazilian law;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account;
• Filing chargebacks or payment reversals without prior notice to 15winapp support.

Violating any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, blocking of pending withdrawals, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

You can close your account at any time by contacting 15winapp. Any real balance available in the account will be returned via Pix to the registered key, following identity verification. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

The 15winapp reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, unauthorized chargebacks, or by order of a competent regulatory authority. In such cases, any decision regarding the available balance will be subject to the outcome of an internal review, which may include a temporary hold on funds until the investigation is complete.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform 15winapp that cannot be resolved directly with the company's support team will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts, based on the user's or company's domicile, at the claimant's discretion.
